Out in the Santa Susana area of Simi Valley, early morning, a woman was at a rental car return lot trying to switch back to her own 2010 Audi S4. One problem. Her only Audi key was not in her bag. She had left it at a hotel she checked out of an hour before. The hotel searched and found nothing. The key was gone.

I got there in about 35 minutes. Her S4 uses the 4F0 837 220 flip key with a Megamos 48 CAN transponder and an HU66 blade. I connected my Smart Pro to the OBD port, pulled the immobilizer PIN from the ECU, and ran through the IMMO3 procedure to program a fresh key matched to her car's security. Cut the HU66 blade on my Condor, programmed the remote with FCC ID IYZ3314, and tested every function. Lock, unlock, trunk release, engine start.
She returned the rental, started her own car, and drove to the airport with time to spare. The dealer would have meant a week-long wait, rental extension fees, and a missed flight. She got a working key in under an hour, right there in the lot.
