I was parked off Upper State Street on a Tuesday afternoon when the call came in. Range Rover, 2017, smart key completely unresponsive. Owner had already tried a new CR2032 at a nearby drugstore, seated it herself, and the fob still wouldn't lock or unlock from more than a foot away.
