Out in East Santa Paula, late on a weeknight, I got a call from a guy who had already been on hold with Lincoln Roadside for twenty minutes. He had one key to his 2017 MKX, and the car wouldn't acknowledge it. Push-button start just sat there. The door handles weren't waking up.
