An attorney called me from a parking structure near Lemonwood Park in Oxnard around 10:30 at night. Late deposition prep ran long, and somewhere between his office and the elevator his only key to a 2005 Boxster vanished.

He sat on a concrete ledge the whole time holding his briefcase on his lap like someone might take that too. When the Boxster started on the first turn, he just exhaled and nodded.
