A guy near Oxnard College had a 2015 Lexus RC 350 F Sport with one working smart key and a healthy fear of losing it. His Lexus dealer had quoted him for a spare and the number made him start shopping around. He found me online and called while he was still in his building's parking garage.

Then the programming side. I connected through OBD, registered the new HYQ14FBA fob with the H-8A DST-AES transponder chip, and synced all four buttons: lock, unlock, trunk, and panic. The system confirmed the new key alongside his existing one. Both fobs active, old one untouched.
We walked the car together. Checked push-button start, checked both door handles for proximity unlock, popped the trunk from three feet away. Everything clean.
He stood there holding both fobs like he was weighing them. Then he just nodded and said the dealer wanted him to leave the car for half a day. He never even left the garage.
