Out in Saticoy, I got a call from a traveling photographer who was staying at a rental near the river bottom. She was in town for a shoot and had locked her only key inside the RX-8. The fob she had was the factory 4-button unit with the flip blade. I cut a new blade on site, matched it to the locks, and ran the programming sequence. Both the blade and the remote functions tested out clean.
