A couple from Conejo Oaks in Thousand Oaks reached out on a Sunday. They had a 2013 370Z and zero working keys. Not a dead battery situation, not a weak fob. Old key data gets wiped so any previously paired fob, wherever it ended up, can no longer start the car. That part matters as much as getting the new key working.
I connected through the OBD port, cleared the existing key memory, and registered a fresh fob to the car. Cut the emergency blade to match the door lock. Walked every function: door handle touch unlock, lock, start, and the remaining buttons. Everything confirmed.
