Registered the new Intelligent Key, erased the old broken one so it could never start the car, and tested push-button start, door handles, and trunk release. Under 40 minutes, start to finish.
She held the new fob and just kept flipping it over like she was checking if it was real. Then she pulled the hair tie off her wrist and tossed it in the trash.
Whole thing cost her a fraction of what the dealer wanted, and her car never left the spot.
