A shop teacher from over near Westlake Village called me on a Tuesday morning. He had already done his homework, which I always respect. He told me he had watched a key replacement video online and tracked down my number before he even needed me. He said the dealer had quoted him a number that made him laugh out loud. He wasn't laughing when he called me, but he was by the time I packed up.
