Got a call from a woman near Arlington Theatre in Santa Barbara. Her 2009 Volvo XC90 needed a spare key. She was upfront about why she picked me: she'd already been burned.

Cut the blade on site, programmed the LQNP2T-APU fob, tested all five buttons, verified the immobilizer accepted both keys on start. She watched the whole thing from the sidewalk, arms crossed, like she was waiting for something to go wrong.
Nothing went wrong. She drove off with two working keys for a fraction of what the Volvo dealer quoted her.
