Out in the East End of Ojai, I got a call from a guy who'd been driving his 2005 Cobalt with a fob that had been acting up for weeks. Range kept shrinking. Sometimes it would lock the car from ten feet, sometimes he had to press his hand practically against the door. He figured it was just old age on the car and ignored it.
