I got a call from a woman parked near the hospital in Ventura, out toward Casitas Springs. Her 2017 Ford Transit had been sitting in the sun and the fob had gone completely dead. No lock, no unlock, nothing. She had groceries in the back seat, it was July, and she was watching the clock.
