Victoria Estates sits right on the edge of Oxnard where the neighborhoods quiet down fast and the lots get bigger. A caretaker out that way had a 2002 Buick LeSabre parked on a gravel access road and his only key had snapped at the bow. The blade was still in the ignition cylinder.
