A guy visiting a friend over in Las Positas called me about a spare key for his 2001 Excursion. Not an emergency, just proactive. He'd been running on one key for two years and finally decided to handle it.

Dealer wanted a good chunk more for the OEM version. He saved that difference and still walked away with a key I'd stake my reputation on.
