I pulled the broken blade fragment from the door lock, decoded the wafers, and cut two fresh H72-PT blanks on site. The 4D63 transponder chip inside the cracked housing was still intact, so I used my VVDI2 to clone the chip data onto the new keys. That saved real time because I didn't need to run a full all-keys-lost PATS reset, which adds a mandatory ten-minute security countdown per key.
She stood there watching me rebuild her remote head into a new shell with the cloned chip seated inside. I showed her the old chip so she could see it was fine. Forty minutes, start to finish, she went from stuck to holding two working keys.
