A customer near the Botanic Garden Area in Thousand Oaks called me on a Tuesday morning after losing the only fob for his 2015 NX. Not misplaced. Actually gone. No spare, no backup blade scenario, nothing. The car was just sitting in his driveway looking locked and unbothered.
