A shop over near Surfers Point in Ventura called me in on a job another locksmith had already touched. The customer had lost his only key for his 2015 Outlander. The first locksmith connected to the OBD port, ran into a registration error mid-sequence, and bailed. Told the shop the body control module was likely damaged and the car needed to go to the dealer.
