I got a call from a guy parked near The Oaks Mall Area, over by the community center side. He had already been through one locksmith and was not happy about it.

The van would crank fine, run for about two seconds, and then die. He said the first locksmith told him the body control module was probably the problem and left. The guy had a freshly cut key in his hand and a van that still would not start.

When the timer finished I cycled the key, and the van started and stayed running. He just sat there looking at it idle like he was waiting for it to quit again.
