The 2021 uses a different sequence than older Chargers. You need the security PIN from the BCM first, then authorize through the gateway module. I pulled two fresh M3M-40821302 fobs from stock, cut the blades on my Condor XC-Mini, and ran the programming sequence. Both fobs registered clean, tested the remote start, panic button, all five functions solid.
He drove himself home before the bar closed. Saved a good chunk compared to the dealer route, got it done same night, and that stolen fob won't do the thief any good.
