Out in Sunset Hills, a guy flagged me down through a parking lot in Thousand Oaks. He had his 2010 Dakota sitting at an odd angle between two spots and a look on his face that said the morning had not gone as planned.

The dealer had been on his list for a while. He'd called them once and the number they gave him sent him looking for other options. He saved a good chunk going this route, and he finally had a spare.
