I got a call out of Westlake Village on a Monday night, close to 9:30. The woman on the phone was calm but clearly done with her day. She had finished a late session at an outpatient clinic off Thousand Oaks Boulevard, walked out to the employee lot, and the Q50 just sat there. Push-button start gave her nothing.
