2010 Infiniti Qx56 Smart Key Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional
A Pilates instructor in Del Sol Park flagged me down through a friend who had used me on a Nissan Titan. She had a 2010 QX56 parked at the Whole Foods lot in Oxnard and needed a spare Intelligent Key. The dealer had quoted her and she figured that was the only route because of the encryption side of things.
The 2010 QX56 sits on the Nissan F-Alpha platform, same bones as the Armada. The immobilizer is NATS5, which talks to the BCM (body control module, board 284B1-ZQ31A on these) through a 20-digit PIN. The fob is CWTWBU624 with a 46 chip inside, and the emergency insert blade is a standard NSN14.
I set up on her hood that evening. Read the PIN through OBD with my Smart Pro, cut the NSN14 blade on my Condor, and ran the Intelligent Key registration. The CWTWBU624 paired on the first attempt. Lock, unlock, hatch, panic, all four buttons clean. Then I tested push-button start in every gear position and checked the steering lock release.
She stood there watching the whole time, arms crossed, like she was waiting for something to go wrong. When the engine turned over on her new key, she just nodded and said, "That's it?"
Thirty minutes, start to finish, right in the parking lot. A fraction of what the dealer wanted, and she never had to leave her car with anyone.

“My Chevy key snapped while I was running errands in North Oxnard. He removed the broken piece from the ignition, cut a new blade, programmed the transponder, and tested everything thoroughly. The whole job was smooth and professional. Best automotive locksmith I have used.”
“My car keys were stolen on a cold evening and Nick drove all the way out to Santa Barbara. He got into my car, made a new key, and charged $100 less than another company. Friendly, skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely caring. Nick is a hero.”
“Tim is a hero. He programmed a master proximity key for a newer Volkswagen that multiple locksmiths refused to touch. He spent hours until late at night making sure every function worked perfectly. The skill level here is incredible.”
