She had just come from an appointment at a medical office off Rose Avenue in Oxnard and needed to get to a pharmacy before it closed. Her 2013 BMW 7 Series would not respond. Push-button start sat there doing nothing. She had tried the fob twice, walked around the car once, and then called me.
