I was parked on a street just off the Historic District in Oxnard when she came out to meet me, holding her 7 Series fob with two fingers like it might fall apart. It basically did. The housing had a crack running across the back, the rubber on the buttons had worn flat, and the blade was loose enough to rattle when she shook it. She had already been to the dealer.
