Out by the Tierra Rejada Open Space in Moorpark, a guy lost his only key somewhere on the trail. He retraced the whole loop twice and came back to the lot empty-handed, staring at a locked E60 that wasn't going anywhere.

I told him I could be out that afternoon.

First thing, I used my HU92 Lishi to pick his driver door and decode every wafer position for the blade cut. The E60 uses the HU92 double-track profile, ten cuts, and you get the bitting right off the decode if you're patient with the tool.

Then the real work. All-keys-lost on a CAS3 BMW means reading the module through OBD, pulling the ISN (individual status number) from the MSV70 DME, and calculating a new key slot. The CAS3 and DME have to agree on the same ISN or the car treats the new key like a stranger. I synced a fresh ID46 PCF7936 transponder chip into an open key slot, wrote the remote frequency, and cut the blade to the decoded bitting.

He turned the key and the N52 fired on the first try. Same parking lot, same afternoon. No tow truck, no dealer appointment three days out, no rental car in between. The whole job from door pick to engine running was about an hour and fifteen.

A dealer would have wanted a tow to the shop and days of wait time. He drove home to Moorpark that evening for way less.
