A resident up in Upper Village called me on a Tuesday afternoon. She had two fobs for her 2021 Trax and both had stopped working within a few days of each other. She figured it was a coincidence and ordered two replacement batteries online. Swapped them in, same problem. Neither fob needed programming. The car hadn't forgotten them. They just weren't making reliable contact with the batteries.
