I was parked on the street near Windsor North/River Ridge when the call came in. A woman had a 2011 Ford Flex sitting in her driveway that wouldn't respond to her key fob at all. She'd already swapped the CR2032, which was the right instinct, but it still wasn't reading. She asked if she needed a dealer appointment.
