Over in College Estates, a guy texted me about his 2015 Flex sitting dead in a parking lot off Gonzales Road. He'd had one fob for a while, the second had been missing for months, and then the one he was using just stopped working. He asked what the dealer would have done. Probably booked him a week out, ordered blanks by VIN, and handed him a loaner or a ride-share. He saved a good chunk and didn't have to leave College Estates.
