A roofing contractor called me just after 6:30 in the morning from a supply yard off the main commercial strip in Ventura. He was loaded and pulling out of that yard before 7:30. The dealer option would have meant a tow, a service appointment, and a crew standing around billing hours. He saved a serious amount of money and a full lost workday.
I did not mention the dealer thing to him. He already knew.
