Got a call from a grad teaching assistant living near the Goleta Valley Community Center. She was already frustrated before I showed up. Her WAZSKE13D01 came back with all four buttons live and push-to-start detecting the fob from normal pocket distance, not jammed against the column.
She stood by the driver door and just kept clicking lock and unlock, watching the mirrors fold and unfold. Like she was making sure it wasn't going to quit on her again.
Whole thing took about 25 minutes, came in at a fraction of what the dealer quoted her.
