Got a call from a guy over in East Ventura neighborhood about his 2013 Maxima. He depended on that car to get to dialysis three times a week, and his only Intelligent Key fob was acting up. Programmed a fresh Intelligent Key through OBD using the NATS6 protocol, paired the 4-button remote side, and tested every function: lock, unlock, trunk, panic, push-button start from both front seats, and the door handle touch sensors.

Then I did the same for a second spare so he would never be down to one fob again.

He kept his appointment that afternoon. Drove himself, same as always. That was the whole point.
