A guy in Mission Canyon called me on a Tuesday morning. He'd been dealing with an intermittent start issue on his 2012 Murano for about a week and figured it was finally time to do something about it. The car would sometimes just sit there when he pressed the start button, no crank, nothing. Other times it fired right up. We did a full key relearn on-site, registered his two fobs clean, and verified every function: door handles, start button, lock, unlock, the works. Walked every door before I packed up.
He'd already called the dealer. They wanted him to drop it off, said it could be a two-day turnaround just to get to it. He paid way less than that route would have cost him, and he didn't lose the car for two days over something that took me less than an hour on his driveway.
