Yes, broken key extraction is a standard mobile job. The tools for it are specialized, but the process is well established, and doing it carefully matters because the ignition cylinder on these Nissans can take damage from a break if the key fragments shift around inside.

Once the piece is out, I assess the cylinder. If the wafers are still intact, I cut a new fob blade to the vehicle and program a fresh Intelligent Key on site. If neither works after a fresh battery, the problem is either the fob itself, the antenna ring around the start button, or the vehicle's own battery running too low to power the system reliably. A weak 12-volt battery causes more ghost key warnings on these than most people expect. That's when you call.
