A doctor at a medical office building in Camarillo, near Round Mountain Trail, called me on a Wednesday between patients. Her 2011 Corolla key had cracked at the blade shoulder and the metal was loose in the housing, wiggling like a baby tooth. Programmed the 4D-67 chip through the OBD-II port using the existing master key registration. Paired her HYQ14AAB remote to the car right after. The whole job, cutting and programming, took about 30 minutes on the hood of the car.
She walked out after her last patient to two working keys. Her car never left the spot. Zero time out of her workday, for a fraction of what the dealer quoted plus the tow they wanted on top.
