East Simi Valley, townhouse complex off the east end. The caller told me upfront that a tow truck had already turned around at the entrance. Low clearance, tight corners, assigned spots wedged against a retaining wall. His 2014 Spark was sitting exactly where it needed to stay until it had a working key.

I ran the programming sequence, verified the key was enrolled, tested the lock and unlock buttons, and turned it over to him. The car started on the first turn.
He mentioned he had called the dealer first. They told him to tow it in and said it would be a few days because parts might need to be ordered. His car could not be towed without a running start due to where it was parked, so that answer was not going to work for him regardless. I was there in about forty minutes after he called, did the job at the car, and he was driving before noon.
