2010 Dodge Viper MECHANICAL-KEY Replacement - Fast, Affordable & Professional
Got a call from a guy near the Santa Barbara Airport in Goleta. He had a 2010 Dodge Viper SRT10 and one working key left. The blade was chewed up, barely turning the ignition without a fight. His remote still worked for locking and unlocking, but the key itself was done.

I cut a fresh Y164-PT blank to code, tested it in the ignition and both door locks, and it turned like new.
He held the old key up next to the fresh one and just shook his head at how worn down the cuts had gotten.
The remote fob (part 05026886AC) was still working fine on his original, so we left that alone. One clean key, cut on site, for a fraction of what the dealer wanted, and no three-week wait.
