A gymnastics coach in Montecito, over near Miramar Beach, called the Mazda dealer on a Tuesday about his 2012 CX-9. Earliest slot was Friday. He drives his daughter to practice every day and works two jobs. Four days without a car was not an option.

He looked at his phone. 3:50. He had the car back with 40 minutes to spare. The dealer would have had him arranging rides until the weekend.
