Got a call from a freelance graphic designer working out of a coworking space near the Oak Park area in Simi Valley. He needed a spare key for his 1999 Forester and made the mistake of calling the Subaru dealer first.

Twenty-five minutes, parking lot, done. He came out between meetings, tested the new key twice, and went back inside.
