A woman over in South Surfside called me about her 1999 Crown Victoria. The key had snapped off at the bow, the plastic head, and whoever pulled the broken piece out of the ignition told her she'd need to go to the dealer to get a new one programmed. I used the time to check that the new cut turned cleanly in both the ignition and the door lock.
