She called at 8:05 in the morning. Real estate agent, showing at 9, parked in a lot off Cathedral Oaks in Goleta. Her 2018 Lexus LS would not respond to the fob at all. No door handle response, push button doing nothing, the whole car sitting there silent. Total hands-on time was about 25 minutes. She made her 9 o'clock.
