Old Town Camarillo sits right next to a stretch of medical offices, and I've done more than a few calls where the problem is simple but the timing is impossible.

This one was a doctor. She had a cracked fob housing on her 2010 Prius, and the emergency insert blade inside had worked loose. The fob still unlocked the car, barely, but she was one drop away from having nothing. The dealer told her to bring the car in. I decoded the key at the car, cut the blade to match, programmed the new fob, and walked every function before she came down. Touch unlock on both front handles, the start button, lock, unlock, and the remaining buttons on the fob.

She came down between her last two patients, tested it herself, and went back inside.
