Guy stepped off the Metrolink at the station near Village at Moorpark around 6:45 in the morning. Walked to the commuter lot, hit the button on his 2019 Grand Cherokee fob, and got nothing. No chirp, no unlock, no flash. The CR2032 in his M3N-40821302 was dead.

The whole thing took less than 40 minutes. His dealer quoted him days of waiting plus a tow.
