Got called to Mandalay State Beach on a Tuesday afternoon. A 2022 Grand Cherokee owner had just loaded his surfboard when the car decided his key didn't exist.
The M3N-40821302 fob lit up fine, fresh CR2032, but the car kept throwing "Key Fob Not Detected" on the dash. Cut a new emergency blade on my Xhorse Condor, transferred the board to a fresh housing, and reprogrammed through the OBD port using my Autel IM608. The new fob pulled full range immediately. All five buttons worked from across the lot.
He asked about the dealer. I told him they'd want the car for diagnosis, then order the RF Hub module, then schedule the install. Probably looking at a week without remote functions.
