I got a call from a guy over in Simi Hills, parked outside a brake shop off the main drag. He'd already had a rough morning.
He'd called one of those $49-headline outfits from a Google ad. Guy showed up, spent about 45 minutes on the car, collected over four times that amount, and left him with a key that would start the car and nothing else. No remote function.
