Got a call from a gentleman near California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks about his 2008 Ford Ranger. He used a walker, and the idea of getting himself and the truck to a dealership was more than just annoying. His son usually handled those trips but was out of state that week.

Then I paired the OUCD6000022 remote. Tested lock, unlock, and panic from across the driveway. Popped the old remote open on his tailgate and showed him how the CR2032 sits so he could swap it himself next time. The contact looked a little corroded, which explained the weak range.
