Over in Lemon Grove Plaza in Oxnard, an older woman called about her 2004 Lexus GX. She had one key left and wanted a spare before that one disappeared too.

Then I synced the remote buttons, lock, unlock, panic, using the OBD port on the driver side.
Tested both keys through the full cycle. Start, remote lock from ten feet, remote unlock, panic on and off. Both clean.
She watched from the porch with a cup of tea and came over when I waved her down. Held both keys in her hand, checked the weight of them, nodded once.
