A woman near Bolker Park in Port Hueneme called me from a dog groomer's parking lot. She needed a spare smart key for her 2014 Lexus GX 460 and she'd done her homework before I even got there.

Then the walk-away lock test, the door handle proximity touch, and the push-button start with the new key while the original sat in my van out of range.
