A young couple in Oxnard, over in the RiverPark neighborhood, had just picked up a used 2012 Pathfinder from one of those overflow lots. Clean body, good price, one key. The lot told them to handle the spare on their own.

I met them at the lot before they even drove it home. Decoded the lock cylinder, matched the blank, and used my programmer to clone the 4D60 transponder data from their working key onto a fresh CWTWBU729 so the BCM accepted it without a full system reprogram. The whole process took about 25 minutes on the hood of the car.
The guy kept flipping both keys back and forth in his hand like he was making sure neither one was pretend. They drove home with two working keys and a little more breathing room in their first-car budget.
