I used my VVDI2 to read the existing chip data and clone it onto a fresh 4C glass chip, then cut a new TOY43 blade by decoding the driver door wafer positions. The whole process is read, copy, cut, test.
Key went in, immobilizer light on the dash went solid then off, engine turned over clean. No need to touch Toyota's Techstream software, no dealer PIN, no timed reset countdown. That is the benefit of first-gen fixed code. It is simple if you have the right reader.
