I got a call from a woman parked at a children's hospital. Her kid had just been discharged and she needed to get home. She pressed the fob button, nothing happened. She held the fob up to the start button the way you do when the battery is low, still nothing. It was around 8 in the evening. What I found was corrosion on the battery contact inside the fob.
